Senior Valuer & Lister – Join Our Growing Team!
Location: Doncaster
Hours: 09:00 – 18:00 | 30-minute lunch | 2 Saturdays per month (10:00 – 16:00)
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 (DOE) + uncapped commission

About the role
The primary focus of this position is to win new listings and secure instructions while delivering outstanding customer service. You will be confident in converting opportunities, advising vendors, and ensuring properties are launched to market effectively.
Key responsibilities
Business generation & client care
- Prospect for new vendors
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, and expired listings
- Build long-term relationships and generate referrals
- Keep clients updated on performance and advise on price adjustments where required
- Ensure all compliance documentation is completed
- Strength in new business generation, marketing, and social media
- Canvassing
Valuations & winning instructions
- Conduct accurate, well-researched market appraisals for sales and lettings properties
- Analyse comparable properties and local market conditions
- Recommend realistic pricing and marketing strategies
- Present and secure signed agreements
- Explain agency terms, fees, and processes
- Handle objections professionally
Bringing property to market
- Coordinate photography, videography, and floor plans
- Prepare and approve property descriptions
- Upload listings to portals and internal systems
- Liaise closely with sales and lettings teams for a smooth journey
Skills & experience required
- Previous estate agency or lettings experience (essential)
- Strong local knowledge and negotiation ability
- Confident presenter with excellent communication skills
- Good IT ability and willingness to learn new systems
- Organised, proactive, and target-driven
- Able to work to deadlines and within a team
- Full UK driving licence & Own Car
- Background in residential or commercial valuations
- Experience as a Lister, Valuer, Instructions/Valuations Manager
