We are partnering with a rapidly growing, award-winning recruitment business as they launch their brand-new Birmingham office. This is an exciting opportunity to join at an early stage and play a key role in building and shaping a high-performing team.
The Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a background in industrial, manufacturing, or construction sectors, and a strong track record of winning and developing business.
This is a full 360 role, offering the opportunity to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building your own desk in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

- Perm placements: Commission starting at 10% of billed revenue, increasing through achievable monthly thresholds (15%, 20%+)

About You
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant (MUST BE within industrial, manufacturing, or construction sectors)
- Proven ability to win new business and build client relationships
