Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality care and supporting our residents' well-being, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and comfortable.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalised care to residents, respecting their individual needs and preferences.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure coordinated care.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Support the overall smooth operation of the care facilities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in senior or residential care settings.
- Strong leadership and supervising skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Knowledge of care planning and documentation.
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve residents' quality of life.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic IT skills for record-keeping.
