Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operative to join our residential and commercial cleaning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various residential and commercial premises across Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail to contribute to a professional services environment.
We operate Tuesday-Friday between 9.00AM-2.30PM.
We are happy to offer roles on a self employed or PAYE basis, please state which in your application.
Full training will be provided and all products and equipment supplied.
We will pay for a DBS for successful applicants.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleans of dedicated spaces, including offices, bathrooms, communal spaces and residential properties, using appropriate cleaning equipment and products.
- Ensure all surfaces, floors, and fixtures are kept hygienic and presentable.
- Follow health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- Report any hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
- Previous experience in commercial and domestic cleaning is desirable.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and the use of various cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, occassionally alone, with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Pay: £13.50 per hour
