Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of our establishment, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a lively and fast-paced environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in hospitality, food service, and customer engagement within a vibrant setting. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable throughout their visit
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when appropriate
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support the kitchen team
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system with accuracy
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
- Support barista duties if required, including preparing coffee and other beverages
- Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of food safety standards is desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
