Due to continued growth we are looking to expand our Quality Team.
Main Duties:
- Monitoring of all factory CCP’s, ensuring that all testing regimes and records are up-to-date and completed accurately
- Daily organoleptic testing on all products produced.
- Verification of product date codes, packaging, weights and quality of products produced
- Daily calibration checks on measuring equipment
- Ensure all required process control records are completed accurately and filed as necessary.
- Monitoring all raw material intake, following testing procedures and reporting to management any defects and concerns
- The daily collection of microbiological samples and logging them onto the laboratory online system.
