Are you an experienced Joiner looking for stable, long-term work with a leading Facilities Management company?
JDR Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a well-established Facilities Management business to recruit skilled Joiners for ongoing social housing maintenance projects across Northern Ireland.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and growing FM team carrying out planned and reactive maintenance work within occupied and void social housing properties.

The Role:
As a Maintenance Joiner, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of repair, maintenance, and refurbishment work within social housing properties.
You'll work independently or as part of a two-person team, ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally, and to a high standard while delivering excellent service to tenants and clients.
Typical Duties Include:
- Repairing and fitting doors, frames, locks, and ironmongery
- Kitchen fitting and repairs, including worktops, units, and doors
- Flooring repairs and installation
- Skirting, architraves, and finishing joinery work
- Window repairs and replacements
- Carrying out planned maintenance and reactive repair work
- Working within occupied and void housing properties
- Ensuring work is completed in line with health & safety procedures
- Maintaining high standards of customer service when interacting with tenants
Requirements:
Essential
- Minimum 3-5 years' Joinery experience
- Experience working on social housing, maintenance, or FM contracts preferred
- Full valid driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Good communication and customer service skills
Also Considered
- Experienced Maintenance Joiners with 3+ years' experience
- Experience within reactive maintenance or property repairs
