Beauty Therapist – Self-Employed
Location: South Ascot, Berkshire, SL5 9DL
Hours: Flexible – full-time or part-time available, including daytime, evenings or Saturdays
Pay: Earn 40% of your treatment revenue + commission

We have 10 treatment areas, including boutique treatment rooms, pedi spas, and nail bars. The salon is fully air-conditioned, including a dedicated staff room.
Our treatments include leading brands such as Guinot, CACI, HydraFacial, IPL, LPG, St Tropez, LVL, Shellac, and BioSculpture. We also offer a full range of beauty treatments, including waxing, lash extensions, brows, and more.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking experienced and caring Beauty Therapists who are passionate about providing the highest level of client care.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of salon experience
- Warm, professional, and a strong team player
- Exceptional people skills with a focus on building client relationships
- Organised and efficient, with the ability to manage treatment times effectively
- Honest, trustworthy, and eager to learn high-end treatments

As a self-employed Beauty Therapist earning 40% of treatment revenue, here’s an example:
- Full-time hours (average treatments): £2,000–£3,000+ per month (can be pro rated to part time hours)
