Talstaff Recruitment are recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers to work Monday – Friday days on behalf of well established client based in South Kirkby.
HGV / Class 1 / C+E Drivers urgently required for ongoing work for our client based in South Kirkby.
Benefits:

- Saturday £23.53ph
- Sunday & Bank holiday £24.65ph
- Weekly pay.

You will be required to:
- Work in a professional manner.
- Be prepared to undertake site inductions and training.
- Have excellent geographical knowledge.
- Be able to follow company procedures and keep various people informed of progress or delays.
- Make on time deliveries to various nationwide locations, store, depots and RDC's.
- Drivers will be required to open and close stores operator dock levellers and tip the trailer alone
- Minimum 12 hours
- Trailer loads typically ranging from 60-80 cages
- Trailers are predominantly double - deck
- Start times between 0400-0900
- Glass work and general haulage
- Delivering to distribution centres, breweries or food manufacturers
- Curtain siders and palletised stock, limited use of box trailers & tail lifts
- Have knowledge of driver hours/regulations.
- Hold a valid C+E UK driving licence.
- Hold a valid UK DCPC and valid UK digicard

You must have held a valid UK HGV Class 1 licence for over 2 years, have no more than 6 penalty points and have no CD, DD, TT, IN or DR codes.
