Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Hartshill Care Ltd. In this role, you will provide essential support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence and dignity. Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Provide specialized care for residents with dementia or other cognitive impairments.
- Prepare meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
- Administer first aid as needed and monitor residents' health conditions.
- Support behavior management strategies to enhance residents' quality of life.
- Engage residents in social activities to promote mental stimulation and companionship.
Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of care plans and senior care best practices is essential.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely as required by the role.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and team members.
