We are a newly opened fast-casual venue specialising in New York Bagels, sandwiches, and Specialty Coffee. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with a unique dining experience in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. As we continue to grow, we are seeking passionate individuals to join our Front of House team as a Supervisor.
We are currently hiring for a new venues across London.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a collaborative team. The Supervisor will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by preparing high-quality beverages, crafting delicious NYC style Bagel Sandwiches, along with providing a memorable, fun and nostalgic experience for our guests and doing this all by getting the best out your team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise your team, Maintain high quality and high standards.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including quality coffee.
- Master the art of making sandwiches to-go/eat-in
- Assist customers in selecting menu items, taking orders, and processing payments with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front counter and coffee station
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed
- Follow UK health, safety, and food safety guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the front of house and provide support as needed
Requirements:
- Passion and Pride
- Ability to talk to anyone!
- Previous experience as a Supervisor, preferably in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant environment
- Work Shoulder to shoulder with your team at peak
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Flexibility to work a casual part-time schedule with the potential for full-time hours based on candidate availability and business needs
- Must be available on weekends. While you may not be required to work every weekend, we do need to know that you can, if need be.
- Passion for bagels, coffee, and old school hip hop music is a must!
