Job Overview
The Fresh Ingredients Operator role supports day to day operations within Fresh Ingredients, including operating SCADA system, driving FLT, preparation, cooking and processing of meat ingredients. The role is important in maintaining safe, efficient and standardised ways of working, while keeping the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and product quality. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership, learn new skills and develop within the department. Responsibilities
· Operating and monitoring cooking and extracting equipment.
· Driving an FLT
· Setting up and working with machines within the Meat Kitchen
· Stock taking and filling into control sheets
· Following strict Health and Safety regulations
· Continuous Improvement
· Supporting other areas and departments when required
· Cleanliness and organisation of working area
You will work on the rotating 4-week/ 28-day DuPont pattern, 14 shifts in every 28-day period, working a combination of 12-hour day & night shifts with 1 full week off in every 4 weeks.
Week 1: 4-night shifts > Week 2: 3-day shifts & 3-night shifts > Week 3: 4-day shifts > Week 4: OFF
Pay: £36,069.00-£45,136.00 per year
