Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks, adhering to company standards.
- Assist customers with their orders in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station, including cleaning equipment and work surfaces regularly.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards at all times.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the till system, including giving correct change.
- Restock supplies as needed, including cups, lids, condiments, and ingredients.
- Provide friendly service to create a welcoming environment for all customers.
- Assist in food preparation tasks when required, such as assembling snacks or light meals.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous however training will be provided.
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
