What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences — warm, consistent, and detail-driven
- Craft tea and specialty beverages using Teapresso’s proprietary extraction system
- Execute recipes with precision to ensure every drink meets our quality standard
- Maintain an efficient workflow while managing peak service periods
- Follow all food safety and operational procedures with discipline and care
- Take ownership of your station — cleanliness, organisation, and readiness
- Contribute to a strong team culture and a welcoming store environment
- Support store growth by helping build a loyal, local customer base
What We Expect
- Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs
Full-Time
- Minimum 35 hours/week
- 4–5 days availability
- Must include 2 peak days (Friday–Sunday)
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
- Must be legally authorised to work in the UK
