Ready to Take the Next Step in Your Pensions Career?
Perhaps you've spent the last few years working in pensions, SIPP administration, sales support or wealth management.
You've built strong technical knowledge.
You understand pensions.
You know the retirement market.
But you're ready for more.
This opportunity offers the chance to move beyond processing, administration and support work into a client-facing retirement guidance role where you'll help people understand their options and make informed decisions about their future.
A role with real progression
You'll work directly with investors at all stages of their retirement journey, helping them understand:
- Their pension options
- Retirement income choices
- Drawdown
- Pension consolidation
- The decisions they need to consider before accessing their pension
This is not a financial advice role.
Instead, you'll learn how to guide, educate and coach individuals through some of the most important financial decisions they will ever make.
You'll combine your existing pensions knowledge with new skills in client communication, retirement guidance and investor coaching.
Why people are interested in this opportunity
Many pensions professionals reach a point where they feel stuck between administration and advice.
This role provides a genuine opportunity to broaden your experience, develop new skills and build a career within a growing retirement function.
