MNM Property Services is a well-established property maintenance contractor delivering high-quality repairs, maintenance, and improvement works across London. We are currently seeking experienced Multi Traders from a variety of trade backgrounds to join our growing team.
We welcome applications from candidates with experience in any trade, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, painting & decorating, plastering, tiling, flooring, roofing, brickwork, kitchen and bathroom fitting, and general property maintenance.
- £18–£20 per hour (depending on experience)

Requirements
- Previous experience in property maintenance, construction, repairs, or a recognised trade
- Experience carrying out repairs and maintenance works in occupied properties
- Social housing experience desirable but not essential
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Own tools required
- Right to work in the UK
- Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Additional trade skills are highly desirable
- Attend reactive maintenance and repair appointments
- Carry out a variety of maintenance and multi-trade works
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard
- Record measurements, materials used, and work completed
- Take before and after photographs where required
- Report job progress and any issues encountered
- Identify and recommend follow-on works where necessary
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when working in residents' homes
