The Role: We are currently seeking experienced telesales professionals with a solid track record within outbound business to business telesales. Possessing a strong commercial acumen and having a proven track record in closing deals over the telephone. Having an in depth understanding of the importance of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Work to daily / weekly targets, to achieve required
- Making outbound business to business calls
- Booking meetings and demonstrations for the account manager/ sourcing leads from the internet and email campaigns
- Explaining and promoting the product to prospective clients
- Assisting sales executives to achieve their sales targets with all aspects of sales process
- Sales planning activities/preparing sales pitches
- Maintaining and updating customer database Associated admin duties

Essential Skills:

- Minimum 3 years selling ideally in the communications sector although full training will be given

TECHNICAL SKILLS: To be computer Literate.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years Telesales Experience in either B2C or B2B
QUALIFICATIONS: 5 GCSE’s C and above inc Maths and English.
