Shearsby Bath is a unique venue combining a restaurant, weddings, events, and hospitality experiences all under one roof. As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves delivering exceptional service.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the venue
- Leading, motivating and developing front of house teams
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences across restaurant service, weddings and events
- Managing shifts, staffing levels and operational standards
- Supporting with stock control, ordering and compliance procedures
- Helping drive sales, standards and business performance
- Being hands-on and leading by example during busy service periods
What we’re looking for:
- Must have previous supervisory or management experience within hospitality
- A passion for food, drink and customer service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude with great attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and event days

Pay: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
