Adventure Parc is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for sales and marketing, and wants to be part of a fast-paced, energetic environment.
You will support the Sales Manager with day-to-day sales activities, help deliver an excellent guest experience, and play an active role in promoting our brand through social media and marketing activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager with daily sales tasks and customer enquiries
- Support the smooth running of reception at Adrenaline Indoors
- Welcome guests and provide a friendly, professional customer experience
- Manage bookings, including pod bookings and customer queries
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and online enquiries
- Help convert enquiries into bookings and sales opportunities
- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits
- Support marketing activities and promotional campaigns
- Create engaging social media content including: Live feeds, Stories & Posts
- Event updates and promotions
- Assist with creating content to increase engagement and brand awareness
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and drive sales
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with customers
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Sales-minded with a proactive approach
- Creative with a great eye for marketing and social media trends
- Comfortable creating content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work well as part of a team
- Available to work weekends as part of the rota
Previous experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, reception, or marketing would be an advantage, but personality and enthusiasm are just as important.
