As a Vehicle Technician, you will carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work on a wide variety of vehicles, diagnosing faults accurately and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards. The role involves working efficiently within set timescales, maintaining a safe and organised workshop environment, and delivering excellent customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.

Duties:
- Conducting servicing, repairs, and maintenance on a broad range of vehicles
- Diagnosing complex faults efficiently and accurately
- Working productively to meet set deadlines and targets
- Ensuring the workshop remains clean, organised, and safe at all times
- Providing high levels of customer satisfaction through quality work and professionalism
- Maintaining and updating technical knowledge through manufacturer training
- Supporting team members in achieving departmental goals
Requirements:
- Relevant Level 3 (or equivalent) industry-recognised qualification as a Vehicle Technician
- Previous experience in a franchised dealership is essential
- Strong diagnostic and technical skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence
