About the Role
We partner with well-known national and international brands across multiple sectors, helping them grow their customer base through direct, face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns. Our work covers a variety of channels, including B2B and B2C outreach, residential door-to-door activity, event-based promotions, and customer acquisition campaigns. The focus is always on generating high-quality new customers through direct engagement. We are currently seeking motivated, driven individuals who want to build real experience in sales, communication, leadership, and business development while earning through a performance-based, uncapped commission structure.
The Role As a Self-Employed Sales & Marketing Representative, you will represent client brands directly in residential areas, engaging with potential customers face-to-face to promote products and services and generate new customer acquisitions.
This is a field-based role focused on door-to-door / residential marketing in and around Cardiff. No previous experience is required, as full training, coaching, and ongoing support are provided.
Key Responsibilities
Represent client brands in a professional manner across live campaigns
Engage with members of the public in residential areas
Deliver clear and confident product/service presentations
Build positive customer relationships Work towards both individual and team targets
Attend training sessions and ongoing development workshops
