Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Assistant to join a luxury menswear concession located within a prestigious department store in Edinburgh city centre.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for fashion, styling, and premium customer service to develop their career within the luxury retail sector.
Hours
- 16–24 hours per week
- Flexible shifts, including weekdays and weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a premium shopping experience
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide styling advice and product recommendations
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Assist with stock management and day-to-day operations
- Support the overall success of the concession
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for luxury fashion and menswear
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, proactive, and sales-driven attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
