Cover Supervisor / Unqualified Teacher – Flexible Days
Location: Secondary schools across Caerphilly (flexible, local placements)
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (choose the days that work for you)

We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals to step into classrooms as Cover Supervisors and make a real impact in students’ learning.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons—no prep required
- Keeping students focused, motivated, and on track
- Managing classroom behaviour with confidence
- Providing feedback to teaching staff on student progress
- Supporting a positive, inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with young people (schools, youth work, coaching, etc.)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- A confident, positive, and professional attitude
- Ability to follow lesson plans and engage students
- A proactive approach and commitment to safeguarding
You’ll Need:
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- EWC registration (or willingness to register)
- A valid Safeguarding certificate (Level 2 or higher)
Bonus Points If You Have:
- A background in education, youth work, or sports coaching
- An interest in progressing into teaching or education support
