Are you a Paraplanner who is Level 4 qualified and ready to take the next step into a Financial Adviser role?
Recruit UK is working with a growing and well-established wealth management firm in Reading who are looking to appoint a Junior / Trainee Financial Adviser. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong paraplanning background who wants to move into a client-facing position and continue developing their career within financial advice.
You will join a supportive business with a strong infrastructure, established client base, ongoing lead flow, and excellent paraplanning and administrative support. The firm offers a clear pathway into becoming a fully established Financial Adviser, with guidance and mentoring throughout.

Skills and Experience Required:
• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
- Previous Paraplanning experience within an IFA or wealth management firm
- Desire to move into a client-facing advisory role
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and financial planning
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated, professional, and looking to build a long-term career in advice
