We are looking for experienced, hard working and flexible staff to come and join our team at our wedding venue in Coggleshall, Colchester!
8am-2pm shifts on variable days.
Please be aware that drivers are essential for this role due to its location, as well as 1 years cleaning experience
As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various areas of the venue.. This is an important role with an expectation of high standards to ensure a clean and safe environment is maintained, ready for weddings and events.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and hoovering
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, ceremony area's, bridal areas and more.
- Empty bins and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
- Adhere to company policies and regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is essential of at least 1 year
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment is a must
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision but also part of a busy team in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks is essential
- Good time management skills to ensure efficient completion of assigned duties within the time allocated.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
