We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar and Restaurant Duty Manager to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment, overseeing both front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction are consistently met
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring resolutions are achieved promptly.
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- A solid understanding of hospitality principles, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency.
- Barista and cocktail experience
- Must have a personal licence.
