machinery in Northern Ireland with worldwide distribution. We are looking for a multiskilled
production engineer to join our pioneering enterprise and grow with us from
strength to strength.
Job Description
This is a hands-on leadership role in a LEAN, fast paced manufacturing environment. You
will be responsible for 2 new assembly production lines, ensuring quality, output, efficiency
and safety targets are met. You will play a key part in driving LEAN manufacturing principles,
continuous improvement and team performance. You will work closely with existing
engineers in other departments to ensure smooth delivery of SpreadPoint production.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembly production line set up
- Management of workflows through the assembly lines
- SOP creation, implementation and maintenance
- Training and guidance for assembly line fitters
- Quality control of all products in, during and after the assembly line production
- Ensure minimal factory defects
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing operations
- Experience with team management – you will be required to run a small sub-team
of assembly line fitters
- Full UK driving licence or equivalent
Desirable Requirements
- Knowledge of LEAN production practices
- Strong leadership style with a hands-on approach and can-do attitude

Pay: £24,420.00-£60,487.41 per year
