The Role
We’re looking for a confident and motivated Lettings Specialist to join our busy Wallsend branch. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our property portfolio and handling tenant and landlord enquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee routine property management tasks, including maintenance coordination, inspections, and tenant communication.
- Maintain accurate records and update landlords on property marketing and management matters.
- Handle tenant and landlord enquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Conduct property viewings.
- Provide feedback to landlords and negotiate terms to secure tenancies.
- Manage the full letting process from enquiry to move-in.
- Support business growth through great customer service and local networking.
Requirements:
- Experience in lettings or property management preferred.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Full UK driving licence required.

Working Pattern:
35 hours per week
Monday to Friday.
