Role Overview
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Exterior Cleaning Assistant to join our growing team. The role involves assisting with a variety of exterior cleaning services on both residential and commercial properties.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working outdoors, be physically fit, have a positive attitude and take pride in delivering excellent results.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with roof cleaning, pressure washing and soft washing services
- Cleaning driveways, patios, walls, render, gutters and exterior surfaces
- Setting up and packing away equipment safely and efficiently
- Supporting safe working practices including working at height procedures
- Ensuring work areas are kept clean and tidy
- Providing excellent customer service whilst on-site
- Following company health & safety procedures and risk assessments
- Driving company vehicles where authorised
- Reporting any damaged surfaces or maintenance concerns to management
Essential Requirements
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Good communication skills
Desirable (but not essential)
- Previous experience in exterior cleaning, pressure washing or construction-related work
- Full UK driving licence
- IPAF, PASMA or working at height training
- Experience using pressure washing or soft washing equipment
- Trailer towing experience
