A secondary school in Kettering is welcoming a Maths graduate to join the team from September 2026.
This opportunity is ideal for graduates considering a future in Maths teaching and wanting genuine school experience before beginning teacher training.
The Opportunity
You will work within secondary Maths departments supporting pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4 while learning from experienced teachers and school leaders.
Your role may include:
- Supporting pupils in Maths lessons
- Delivering small-group interventions
- Working 1:1 with pupils needing additional support
- Helping pupils build confidence in numeracy and problem-solving
- Supporting revision and exam preparation
- Reinforcing classroom learning and engagement
- Supporting behaviour, routines, and positive learning habits
This role offers a unique opportunity to develop classroom confidence while gaining exposure to high-quality secondary school environments.
