The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):
- A Valid Driving Licence & Access to a Vehicle: This is an absolute must. You need to be able to reliably commute to our partnership schools across the Dudley area.
- Full-Time Commitment: Reliability is key for these students. You must be available 5 days a week, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Unstoppable Enthusiasm: A genuinely passionate attitude towards supporting children with complex needs and a desire to be a core part of their growth.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience working with children with SEN on a 1:1 or small group basis is preferred, but your attitude, patience, and proactive nature matter most.
- Background or training in Team Teach, Makaton, or PECS is a massive bonus.
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to work collaboratively within a supportive school team.
