This is a "hunter" role designed for someone who wants to dominate their territory, build a massive pipeline, and secure lucrative partnerships.We provide a steady stream of high-quality leads to get you started, but we expect you to have the initiative to prospect and scale your own opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct effective negotiations to close deals that meet both client needs and company objectives.
- Present products or services to prospective clients, demonstrating features and benefits clearly.
- Manage a pipeline of B2B sales leads, tracking progress through CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions for clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Organise and participate in meetings, presentations, and trade shows as required.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients to foster ongoing business relationships.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or related roles, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional time management skills to optimise daily schedules and maximise productivity.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

About You
- Experience: 3+ years in a professional sales environment.
- Marketing Focus: 1 year of experience in the marketing industry is highly desirable.
- Results-Driven: You are genuinely motivated by commission and the desire to hit a £70k+ OTE.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM systems and confident in conducting high-stakes video sales.
- Self-Starter: You thrive in a "startup" style environment and don't need micromanaging to hit your targets.
