Overview
We are seeking a dedicated House Clearance and Cleaning professional. This role involves removing items left behind for disposal. This is a physical job and requires a timely manner. Previous experience in janitorial work, waste management, or commercial cleaning is advantageous.
Duties
- Clear properties of unwanted items, debris, and clutter in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform detailed cleaning of all areas including kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and bedrooms
- Ensure all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment during clearance and cleaning processes
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition for optimal performance
Qualifications
- Previous experience in janitorial work, waste management, or commercial cleaning is desirable but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Good communication skills for liaising with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical fitness to handle lifting, bending, and prolonged periods of standing or walking
