We are seeking a dedicated and professional Lettings Administrator/Negotiator to join our team. Duties
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the lettings process, from initial enquiry to move-in
- Liaise with prospective tenants, arranging viewings and providing detailed property information
- Prepare and issue tenancy agreements and related documentation accurately and efficiently
- Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Maintain up-to-date records of all lettings activities
- Assist with marketing properties through various channels, including online portals
- Respond promptly to tenant enquiries, resolving issues with maintenance or rent payments
- Support the negotiation of rental terms between landlords and tenants to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Organise viewings, inspections, and follow-up communications in a professional manner
- Ensure all legal requirements such as EICR and Gas Safety Checks are up to date and certification received.
- Qualifications
- Proven administrative experience within property or estate agency sectors
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
- A proactive attitude with attention to detail and a customer-focused approach

Pay: £26,000.00 per year
