18+ only. We are seeking a friendly and efficient Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting with food and beverage orders, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the point-of-sale system
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests
- Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities in a friendly manner
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
- Handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues promptly
- Manage transactions accurately and efficiently
Experience
- Previous experience in a fast paced restaurant or hospitality environment is essential
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is advantageous
- Basic maths skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance
