We are looking for a high calibre Compliance and Call Auditor to join our rapidly growing Team. We are expecting you to be professional, trustworthy and to be able to work independently.
Specialist duties and responsibilities:
- Complete call assessments of various stages of the IVA.
- Identify trends, training requirements and areas for business improvement across the business.
- Train existing team members.
- Assist with induction training and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Provide constructive feedback to customer facing agents to highlight areas in need of improvement
- To recognise good performance and to help achieve compliance with regulatory and business standards.
- Contribute towards monthly reporting for the Compliance Manager and Senior Management Team.
Specialist qualifications and requirements:
- Experience and understanding of IVA’s (Individual Voluntary Arrangements) is desirable but not essential.
- Experience of quality assurance either through call monitoring or process monitoring.
- Must have excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to deal with changing areas of focus for monitoring.
- Confident with the use of MS Office.

Pay: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
