We are seeking a dedicated Exterior Cleaning Technician / Operative to join our professional team. This role involves providing high-quality exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities
- Conduct exterior cleaning of buildings, windows, façades, driveways, and other surfaces using specialised equipment and cleaning solutions
- Operate cleaning tools such as pressure washers, brushes, and extension poles safely and effectively
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard while adhering to health and safety regulations
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their requirements and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of all tools and equipment used during operations
- Report any issues or damages encountered during work to the supervisor promptly
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites, ensuring safe transportation of equipment and personnel
Experience
- Previous experience in exterior or window cleaning is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided
- Valid driving licence is required; experience driving company vehicles is a plus
- Good command of English, both spoken and written, to facilitate effective communication with clients and team members
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods
- Organised with good attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning standards are met

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
