Due to continued growth and fleet expansion, The Green Group is looking to recruit professional and reliable HGV Drivers to join our expanding transport team.
We currently have the following positions available with immediate start:
- 2 × Day Shift Drivers
- 1 × Night Shift Driver
These roles operate on a 4 days on / 4 days off rota, providing a consistent schedule and excellent work-life balance.

Driver Responsibilities
- Loading the vehicle with customer orders before starting your route
- Delivering clean linen to customers in a professional and efficient manner
- Collecting used/dirty linen from customer sites
- Unloading the vehicle and placing items into the correct areas within the depot
- Ensuring deliveries and collections are completed accurately and on schedule
- Representing The Green Group in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with customers.

- Demonstrate professionalism and pride in their work
- Understand they are representing the company on the road and at customer sites
- Have proven reliability and a steady work history
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work well as part of a professional team Essential Requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold a valid HGV licence
- Have a valid Driver CPC qualification
- Possess a valid Driver Card (Digital Tachograph Card)
- Be eligible to work in the UK
Pay Rates
We offer very competitive hourly pay rates:
- £16.50 per hour – Day Shift
- £18.50 per hour – Night Shift
- (Rates subject to review soon)
