Are you passionate about supporting people with mental health needs and sensory impairments? We are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Mental Health Support Workers to support adults living with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, autism, complex behaviours, and sensory impairments including deafness and visual impairment within residential and supported living services.

Your Role Will Include
- Providing person-centred 1:1 support tailored to individual needs
- Supporting service users with daily living activities and personal care
- Promoting independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing
- Supporting individuals to access the community and social activities
- Assisting service users in achieving personal goals and improving quality of life
- Working with individuals who may have communication needs related to hearing or visual impairments
- Maintaining accurate records and following care plans and risk assessments
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months’ experience within a care or support role
- Full UK Driving Licence – essential
- Experience within mental health, learning disabilities, autism, or sensory impairment services desirable
- MAPA/PMVA training preferred or willingness to complete training
- Flexible availability across shift patterns
- Compassionate, reliable, patient, and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK – unfortunately sponsorship is not available for this role due to client requirements
