Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class 1 HGV to deliver goods across the UK
- Load and unload cargo securely and responsibly
- Plan efficient delivery routes and adhere to schedules
- Complete pre- and post-journey vehicle checks
- Comply with all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude at all times
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 1 Licence (Category C+E) with proven commercial driving experience
- Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- FLT (Forklift Truck) experience desirable but not essential
- Strong work ethic with a customer-focused approach
- Flexibility to work night shifts and nationwide routes

As a CAA-regulated company, all successful candidates must complete:
- A driver assessment
- A Criminal Records Check (CRC)
- Full 5-year employment history and reference checks
- Proof of right to work in the United Kingdom
