Rainbows Day Nursery is expanding, and we’re looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our warm and welcoming team.

About the Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment where children aged 0–5 can explore, learn, and grow. You’ll support their early development through play, creativity, and meaningful interactions, ensuring every child feels valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years.
- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.
- Build positive, professional relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress in line with the EYFS.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
- Follow all safeguarding procedures to ensure children’s safety and wellbeing.
About You
- Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential).
- Experience working in a childcare setting (preferred but not essential).
- A caring, enthusiastic, and child-centred approach.
- Strong communication skills and a love for learning.
- Confident in spoken and written English.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime available
