We are launching a national, diagnostic-led PRP (platelet-rich plasma) hair restoration service, delivered through an established nationwide clinical network and supported by an accredited laboratory and in-house prescribing.

he Role We are hiring a Clinical Lead to own the clinical governance, training and quality of our PRP hair restoration service. You will be the named responsible clinician, building the framework that lets us deliver safe, consistent, high-quality treatment at scale.
Key responsibilities:
Provide clinical governance and oversight across the service Design and deliver a certificated PRP training and competency programme for our clinical team Write and own all SOPs, consent processes, and adverse-event protocols
Set and audit treatment standards, kit, and technique for consistency Support CQC (and devolved equivalent) registration and ongoing compliancePerform and/or supervise PRP procedures as required Work alongside our prescribing team on appropriate adjunct treatment pathways Ensure all clinical activity meets UK regulatory and indemnity requirements
About You Essential: Current GMC registration (doctor) or NMC registration (nurse), in good standing Demonstrable PRP / regenerative aesthetics experience, ideally in hair restoration Strong understanding of UK clinical governance, CQC standards, and consent/recordkeeping Experience designing or delivering clinical training and competency assessment Confident building protocols and standards from scratch Excellent judgement on patient safety and adverse-event management Desirable: Independent prescriber status Experience in a multi-site or scaling clinical service Trichology / dermatology / hair-loss background Familiarity with aesthetic device regulation (MHRA, CE/UKCA)
