The Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our close-knit team. You'll be confident across cutting and colouring, love working with clients, and be ready to hit the ground running with an existing client base waiting for you.
Responsibilities
- Cutting, colouring, and styling for a diverse clientele
- Personalised consultations and tailored hair care advice
- Building and maintaining a strong, loyal client column
- Contributing to a positive, professional salon culture
- Keeping skills current through ongoing training and trend awareness
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' professional salon experience
- Strong colour and cutting skills across all hair types
- NVQ/SVQ Level 3 preferred (Level 2 considered with strong experience)
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused
- Passionate about creativity and continued learning
