Here at Triumph Essex, we are looking for a new Aftersales Advisor to help drive our customer experience and aftersales team to the next level.
Reporting to the Dealer Principal, your organisational and communication skills will be vital in pushing a premium customer experience for each customer.
You will be a member of our aftersales team, delivering a premium service to each and every customer, whether it be for servicing, accessories or manufacturer warranty work.
Responsibilities:
- To exceed customer expectations in their aftersales experience with us.
- To provide the very best customer service and create customer confidence in the company by demonstrating your knowledge in motorcycles and aftersales.
- To maximise aftersales department sales and profitability by using professional sales techniques.
- To ensure the highest standard of courtesy and efficiency in customer contact and communication.
- To record customer requirements and details accurately.
- To record vehicle details and service histories accurately, and effectively operate a customer follow-up system.
- To effectively operate a service department loading system.
- To manage customer orders including managing stock hold, supplier orders/returns, providing regular updates and correct closing of the sale admin.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with people from all walks of life.
- Naturally confident, displaying a strong belief in the brand and applying your own knowledge effectively.
- Experience in Aftersales.
- A self-assured individual, never shying away from unexpected situations.
- A customer first attitude where no question is too difficult.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills are essential.
- An aptitude to learn new IT systems and use them fluently.
- A basic understanding of maths is essential.

Pay and benefits:
- Basic salary of £24,000
