An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established elderly care service in North Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and driven leader who is committed to delivering outstanding, person-centred care while inspiring and developing a high-performing team.
We're looking for a compassionate, commercially aware, and quality-focused manager who thrives on achieving excellence in care, compliance, occupancy, and team engagement.
As Registered Manager, you will:
- Provide inspirational leadership to a multidisciplinary care team.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding, and all statutory requirements.
- Drive outstanding person-centred care and continuously improve quality standards.
- Manage budgets, occupancy, staffing levels, and overall service performance.
- Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, commissioners, and external stakeholders.
- Lead audits, quality improvement initiatives, and action plans to achieve excellent outcomes.
- Promote a positive culture where dignity, compassion, and wellbeing are at the heart of everything.
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within elderly residential or nursing care.
- Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and care legislation.
- Proven leadership experience with excellent people management skills.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to improve occupancy and financial performance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional standards of care.
