Evoke staffing are seeking an experienced 7.5 tonne Driver to support our client based in Maidstone.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety and efficiency while delivering goods across various locations.
Job Specifications:
- Monday - Friday
- Curtainside experience (strap and pump truck)
- 6am Starts
- £38,000 pa
- Temp to perm
Duties
- Ensure timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any incidents that may occur.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients during deliveries.
Requirements
- Valid commercial driving licence
- 7.5 tonne Driving experience
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices in commercial driving.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
