As our business continues to grow, we’re on the lookout for a Multi-Site Field Engineer based along the M8 corridor, covering Glasgow to Edinburgh. This exciting, field-based role is at the heart of our operations, ensuring our iconic coin-operated machines stay in top condition while delivering outstanding customer service.
Your Mission:
✅ Install, maintain, service, and remove our legendary SEGA Amusements equipment
✅ Perform basic network diagnostics
✅ Carry out preventative maintenance and PAT testing
✅ Keep merchandise stocked on select machines
✅ Ensure all machines are operating at peak performance to maximize income
✅ Follow all Health & Safety regulations
✅ Coordinate with Sega Total Solutions for parts, merchandise, and redemption tickets
What You Bring to the Team:
- 2+ years of experience servicing amusement arcade machines
- Hands-on approach to installing and maintaining SEGA products
- Ability to work independently with confidence and a positive attitude
- Physically fit to handle manual tasks
- Reliable, trustworthy, and well-presented
- Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including alternate weekends & public holidays
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel beyond your patch when required
