We are looking for full time front of house assistant manager to join our young, fun and friendly team.
The Coach and Horses is a well established, rural country pub that serves really good food.
We are family owned and independently run so there is the opportunity for the right person to make a real impact on the business.
The hours/shifts can be very flexible but include both weekday lunch/supper as well as the weekends.
What we require:
- Previous managerial or supervisory experience is preferred
- A full understanding of the importance of Customer Service
- Ability to show initiative; be self-motivated; energetic and enthusiastic
- Be able to work under pressure individually and part of a team
- Learning many aspects of running the business
- Social media management, marketing/advertising
- Managing part time staff (rotas)
- Organising day to day tasks as well as small & large events
