An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Fire Protection Scheduler to join our Fire East Anglia Branch to work on our busy contracts.
Job Purpose/Background:
The purpose of the role will be to schedule/update and maintain busy engineer’s daily diaries with reactive repairs and void planning along with various administration tasks in a very fast paced contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and allocate client jobs
- Monitor and optimise job allocation from Bell IT systems
- Communicate with customers to arrange or reschedule appointments
- Review completed jobs for accuracy, including job notes, photos, and videos
- Issue and close subcontractor jobs, ensuring proper documentation is present
- Address client and customer queries
- Manage and respond to emails as needed
- Clear system dashboards daily and take necessary actions
- Ensure appointments are completed on time and within target
Knowledge / Experience:
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role is essential
- Ability to multitask
- Experience dealing with operatives and subcontractors desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages
