A well-established and respected Surrey law firm is seeking a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team, with a clear, structured route to Head of Conveyancing as a senior partner prepares to retire.
The Role
- Manage a mixed residential & commercial conveyancing caseload (start to finish)
- Work closely with senior leadership and step into a future Head of Department role
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to client relationships and business growth
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 7+ years’ PQE in property law
- Strong experience across residential and commercial conveyancing
- Ability to run a full caseload independently
- Commercially aware, client-focused, and keen to progress into leadership
